Ahmed awarded Rhodes Scholarship!
Congratulations to our fantastic undergrad Ahmed M. Ahmed! He was one of only 32 recipients in the entire country of the Rhodes Scholarship. He plans to use it to pursue as master’s degree in medicinal organic chemistry at the University of Oxford in England.
Congrats Ahmed! We are all so proud of you and know you will do wonderfully at Oxford!
An “a-peeling” kind of polymer: Poly(limonene carbonate) highlighted during National Chemistry Week!
Our group’s previous work on poly(limonene carbonate) was featured in the NSF’s celebration of National Chemistry Week this year! Thanks to the NSF for funding us and for highlighting this project! It was also featured in a brief article in Discover Magazine (click to image 9 of 12).
