The Coates group is excited to welcome two new first year graduate students to the group: Maria Sanford and Jeff Marvin.

Rocco returns to Italy to finish his work at the Università degli Studi di Napoli “Federico II.” Chad continues his career at Phillips 66, and Michael begins his postdoctoral position at the Catalysis Research Labratory at the University of Heidelberg. Best of luck to everybody!

Congratulations to Michael Mulzer for both passing his B exam and being awarded the Chemistry Department’s Tunis Wentink Prize for his outstanding research accomplishments.
